One shot with a semi-auto handgun. I'd have to say my SigArms P226ST shooting 125gr 357SIG Ranger ammo. It's the only one I have and the only one I train with.

pistol , HK USP in .40 with hydro shocks or gold dots. Rifle AR -15 with red dot and TAP ammo.
I could make that shot with my BHP in 40 with almost any ammo or my Kahr P9 with 115 or 124 GD's, but the gun I've shot the best with is a Sig 226 in 9mm (I really need to pick one up sometime...).
With the sighted in M6 laser/tac light on the HK USP the only question is should I shoot the BG in his right eye or his left one.

If I had to make that shot right now it would be with my USP. But, if I had a few weeks' notice, I would probably dust off my 1911, get reaquainted with it, and use it for the shot.
