draw, get in and drive away

+1...draw your gun, jump in the car and drive over them and away. If still moving, call the cops from a safe distance. If the perp with the tire iron threatens to smash the window it is loud but you can shoot out of window and stop a threat.

My only addition to this would perhaps be....

To move to the other side of my car if possible putting something between me and them. I agree to draw, that is not 'waving" the gun around in any way as far as I am concerned.

    Threatened by two armed persons...
    1. Armed - they have the capability
    2. Threatening language and display of weapons - they have the intent
    3. Proximity - if within 30 feet of my position they're close enough to rapidly close and kill or maim me.
    4. Disparity of force - two of them and only one of me

    Response:
No hesitation. Draw, go for cover/distance while simultaneously engaging most immediate threat with 45 ACP+P 185 grain DPX to stop the attack. If necessary, second round headed toward BG #2 unless he's "attacking" in the opposite direction. Then back to BG #1 if required. (If you've ever run the Tueller drill you know how quickly this scenario can turn into a nightmare for the potential victim.)

I think that y'all are overreacting here. The one with the knife is obviously only worried about that spot you missed while shaving that morning and the guy with the tire iron is simply attempting to give you a friendly tire pressure check.

Obviously, a firearm isn't necessary in the situation as told by the OP...
