I always thought a sport compact would make a great UC car, put ayounger officer,maybe one with tats and etc, to 'look the part', and alot of pretty darned quick too

Story makes me think about last weekend. I was moving my gf into a new apartment in Lansing. This is the state capital, and there's some shady folks. It's dark, the building door is propped open, and the room door is unlocked. I was constantly scanning the area to make sure no one got the jump on me. I had my 60lumen rayovac light, but wished I had my ccw (waiting for the gov). I told my gf that I was going into the appt. first, bc I thought someone could be waiting for her, let her in and slam & lock the door and I would be sitting helpless outside. She thought I was being paranoid, but it's my responsibility to protect her.

Nice car and all, but, you do get attention sometimes that you do not want.

I loved the Crown Vic I used to have. My experience was when I came up on other cars they quickly got out of the way. They don't do that any more. I miss my Crown Vic.
