Milwaukee Liquor Store Shootout -

These guys tried to rob a liquor store and got more than they bargained for. Video here.

At first, there is a melee in the front, and the clerks repel the robbers. Then, a lone BG returns with a pistol. At one point, BG approaches the counter with gun in hand, and GG has him in his sights. I'm interested to know who thinks the GG was foolish to not pull the trigger right then? Fortunately, BG backs down and leaves, but not before firing a parting shot on his way out the door. These parting shots seem to be a common occurrence with BG's, and our GG's mercy almost cost him his life. Would you have handled differently, and if so, why?

I know CC is not legal in WI. Not sure how the law is for store owners protecting themselve is there. I think I would have handled as the store owner did. If BG had started to raise the gun it is a different story. Armed BG, fear of being killed. Shoot and the hell with the consequences!
