#2 is the best choice. This scenario could happen anywhere. As soon as the BG introduces a gun in the mix and threaten anyone he has just escalated the situation to justify the use of deadly force in Florida. I would take aim at him and shout "drop it" to take his attention away from the others and then shoot him at the same time.
Has the 'Deadly Force Triangle' been met? Sounds like it has. The laws of the State your in are clear enough but we all know how things can get twisted around when presented to a jury. Bottom line, is it a life or death situation/scenario? Yep.
Regardless of what action you (or I) take, the first order of business is skinning leather, staying outta said BG's line of sight if possiable, and mentally readying yourself for a fight.

As John Bernard Books - John Wayne's character in his last movie The Shootist stated - You Must Be WILLING. There can be NO hesitation as soon as the opportunity/shot is cleared tactically after the Bright Line has been and remains crossed.

My concearn for #2, though it provides the highest likelyhood of myself and the other innocents being able to walk away, is that it could be argued (successfully or not) the threat wasn't imminent because he only wanted the money and wouldn't have hurt anyone, or some such thing. That because I didn't give him a chance to drop his weapon, I'm some blood thirsty murderer out to kill insert your choice of oppressed group here as evidenced by my choice of ammo, caliber, weapon...
Of course there's also that Seattle Mall shooting where the gunman was confronted by a CCW holder who told him to drop it. The gunman then took out the CCW holder with his rifle and moved on.
If I were outgunned like the Seattle guy, I'd definitely shoot first. Having the drop on a guy with a pistol, I don't know. The odds would be in my favor there, but I'm not inclined to gamble with my life.

Easy question
#2, Double Tap COM (45) and an easy shot since you have the element of surprise. Fight will be over like that. Once he is shot others will duck or run, and if he has anything left to turn to you, pop him a couple more for good measure.
Legally you should be fine. BG using a firearm in the commission of a felony. Lives of all around in imminent danger. Only a brain dead DA would charge someone in this, and we all know that no DA's are brain dead as they made it through Law school and passed the BAR exam.
