    I am fortunate enough to own and live on an 88 acre piece of land. I have my own range set up for pistols, and a place just short of 100 yards where I can shoot my rifles. Around here, no one complains about gun shots, no matter what time of the day or night.

    Geez - and I thought the public range in the Ocala (FL) National Forest was stocked with a bunch of idiots.....Ocala's local yahoo crowd is tame compared to those two experiences!
    LOL As a sometimes patron, I whole-heartedly agree.....gotta go early and on a weekday if you want to sight in. Once found myself staring down the wrong end of a Colt Python there due to simple carelessness. Not a good feeling.

    I too am fortunate to live on a piece of land where I can shoot. Nothing fancy but it is safe!! I hate public ranges!!
