    Security at a library is a concept I never thought about.All we have is a thing you walk through which makes sure you are not stealing books.Rob 72, I would
    say your state is rather young as the part with gun storage is a hoot and equivalent to a old blue law which is no longer enforced.

    In our state of Colorado, there must be a metal detector and a security shakedown to enforce any do not carry law at a state or county facility. Simply a "no weapons allowed" sign does not suffice to prevent you from exercising your CCW rights. Go for it, they're jerking your leg.

    It's harry potter's fault,ever since those books came out they have been on the most stolen list of kids in the 5 to 12 year range lol "i'm kidding"but the library is more worried about stolen books,and some older librarys may have books worth thousands of dollars
