Great job! Way to be helpful, but not directly involved.
A friend of mine had his car stolen in San Diego and recovered by SPD a week later. He was most grateful...
That's great. Very good intuition from your part.

I'd say you handled that very nicely!
I do have a potentially stupid question though... You said you used Onstar to call DPS. I'm guessing without ONstar, one should learn the number for their state DPS? 911 would not be the correct number?
Just thought I'd ask since I don't know...
very good idea for everyone to have their local PD, County, and State agencies in you cell phones

If loose gun laws are good for criminals why do criminals support gun control?
I have ONstar on all our vehicles. But you bring up a great point. I have my local P D number on my cell phone as a one touch call. I'm going to get the AZ DPS number and do the same thing. Guys, it doesn't cost anything to call, you aren't a chince, no one in Jr High will call you down on it. Which brings up another subject, I was asked if I was armed and I said I am a CCW holder and have a Sig 229 and a SOCOM16, all I heard were chuckles at the other ind of the line. I love Arizona.
nice job, great display of SA!
