Drive By
If you're in your car and you're driving let say from your house to the store, and you see a car driving the opposite direction from where you are going.
At the point both car's meet you hear a BANG sound on your door, what do you do?
On thing you don't know if it was a bullet that struck your car door or if it was a paint ball that struck your car.
In either case, what should you do?

Gas it an go. Don't look for a fight if you can avoid one.
Remember, a jury will look at it that way too

You're already moving away from your perceived threat. Just keep doing that.

+1 on both previous comments. Get a move on and get out of there.

How fast can you drive and dial a cell phone?

thank you for your responses, this actually happened to my wife last night.
Of course she didn't tell me anything, until i walked outside this morning and said something about it.
It was a paint ball that struck the door, in which i'm glad becuase if it would have been a bullet i'd be crying cuz it would have struck her on her side of the stomach.

what they said
What a stupid thing to do, that's how morons get killed. Point a paintball gun at the wrong person ,at the wrong time and it can go south quickly.

....ditto.... and I'm glad your wife was alright and it was only a paintball. Punks that do that kind of stuff are going to find themselves in jail or shot by a sheepdog who thinks he is about to die from a drive-by.

A couple years ago, we had a number of attacks, including one murder, with something similar. Not a paintball gun. Big rocks! Victim vehicle drives one direction (two-way traffic) and the attacker's car approaching. As they got close enough, a passenger launched a big rock into the victim. One of these killed a mother who was returning from work at night. Attacks all happened after dark. This is a very difficult attack to defend against as there is so little warning. And while a paintball may not go through a windshield, a big rock is a different story.

Here in this link are a few young men out having some wholesome fun.
I feel that if someone had returned fire with a hand gun it should of been deemed the appropriate response.
