Oh, yeah, especially if the news report is correct, and there is still a possibility of charging the clerk.

With friends like that, one needs no enemies.

Great vid, could have done without the "posing" (pic) near the end....

I couldn't see everything but in Minnesota, I don't believe that the clerk would have been justified in continuing shooting as the BG ran out the door... At that point (when the BG ran) the threat and need for deadly force ended. An over zellious DA could make it very rough on that guy... And to most sheeple, it would look like the clerk was "gun happy" shooting so close to that little girl. I'm glade it turned out ok, and I hope the clerk is fine..

The music and added BS sucks! Only helps the "antis"!

I kept replaying the video trying to decide for myself if the kiddo was too close for him to be trying a shot, and my initial reaction was that it was dangerously close, but I also believe that the camera angle can be exaggerating the view. I do like the way he used his fellow teller to conceal the draw. Probably not too often you get that kind of break.
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the weaponry to make the difference.

I agree that the camera angle is very decieving, thats what would worry me most, peoples first impression.. Notice the little girl seems to be a real trooper, not too bothered by it all! I still would like to see what happened off to the right out of frame.
