Man in Wal Mart with gun shoplifting

My girlfriend and I went into a local Wal Mart several
months ago to quickly get some Pringles potato chips for me
to take to work as part of my lunch for the following day.
So we get the chips and while we are being checked out by the
cashier he says to us oh you got Pringles a man was just arrested
for stealing Pringles a few minutes ago. Of course we asked the
cashier to tell us what happened in more detail.
Apparently a guy walks into the store grabs some chips and as he is making his way to the door without paying for them he pulls out a handgun for some dumb reason!? Well this stupid BG didnt know there was a officer sitting in his police car right outside in the parking lot. So the LEO arrested him without incident right then and there.
Maybe the BG wanted to get arrested?
High price to pay for chips! Welcome to Wal Mart.
Crazy people out there. One more reason to carry.

The cashier told us that the BG was trying to steal
a bag of the newer product by pringles some of their more expensive
gourmet style chips. Guess the BG wanted to step up the quality
    of his uncontrollable addiction.

If he hadn't pulled his gun, he probably would've got off with a shoplifting charge.

But since he did pull the gun, he took a "step up" to an armed robbery charge.

Humm, a BG with taste. Some how, Pringles and gourmet just don't sound right in the same sentence.

"Hey, what are you in for?"

    "Armed robbery."

"Ooh, cool! So, how much did you get away with?"

"Um, a $1.49 tube of BBQ flavored Pringels. But I got busted as soon as I hit the door."

He has his gun drawn and walks up on a cop! He's lucky the cop arrested him instead of ventilating him!

Perhaps now he's eligible for a few days of free food, courtesy of the local lockup.
