cocked and locked

Question, I have an XD 40 SUBCOMPACT, should the gun be carried cocked and locked, or wait until needed ?

Regarding the XD, there is no locked, just cocked. If you want one in the chamber, it's cocked.




And yes, I carry my XD with one in the chamber.
