Yes it was, I'm sure he didn't mean to try to rob a cop.She said it was a case of mistaken identity
America: Your government is not ignoring you, it's insulting you.
The Bill of Rights: Void where prohibited by law.
Vermont does not issue Permit/Licenses to Carry a Concealed firearm. Vermont allows anyone
who can legally own a firearm to carry it concealed without a permit of any kind.
This is one example of how this is being viewed by New Jersey Residents in Jersey City..........4 pages of this Crap already on the web. Just had to post to show the negativity against LEO..........
"Yeah good job...shoot the suspect in the HEAD! Guess the 18 yr old's body wasn't a big enough target! If shooting the suspect was absolutely necessary...why not shoot him in the leg so he can't run? Now this person is BLIND. Mission Accomplished!"
Now you know why you can't get a CCL here in NJ.........
“Monsters are real and so are ghosts. They live inside of us, and sometimes they win.”

"Just getting a concealed carry permit means you haven't commited a crime yet. CCP holders commit crimes." Daniel Vice, senior attorney for the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence, quoted on Fox & Friends, 8 Jul, 2008

Well done by the UC Officer, could have had a slightly better outcome though.

Mistaken ID? Yep, BG mistook the bulge in UCs waist for fat..
Good people do not need laws to tell them to act responsibly, while bad people will find a way around laws. Plato
Is it now possible he could become the next "Stevie Wonder Rapper", you know being blind and all.
An ounce of lead is worth 200lbs of cop.
Kwadir Felton...he should have stayed in bed that day.
Sometimes you get the elevator and sometimes you just get the shaft.
How about if it hadn't been an armed LEO, this innocent little choir-boy would keep going down this path till he kills somebody.
How about some of us are tired as hell of criminals pretending they're just victims of circumstance.
How about this LEO's career is most likely over, while Mr. Felton will be getting a six or seven-figure settlement from the city.
Some people actually make the world a better place when they die.
I don't suppose drugs were nearby, do you?
I used to live in Jersey City. Getting a permit just to buy a gun is difficult at best in NJ but Jersey City was next to impossible to get a gun to defend yourself. I applied but my paperwork was never even processed. I don't miss living in a city where the criminals know you can't legally defend yourself.
