I ask this as I remember reading of a case (I think it was in california or Arizona)were the guy shot someone with a 10mm gun and was convicted of murder. From what I remember the DA convinced the jury that the guy used an overpowered caliber for self defense.
I've tried to reserch this but can't remember the guys name,so I can't find anything on it. If anyone here can point me to this case I'd like to read up on it again. This all brings me to the point of this post and that to figure out if buying a Glock 29SF as a CCW is a good idea? I'm kinda worried if god forbid its ever needed that a DA may say I used an overly powerful gun and was looking to kill someone. What are your thoughts on this guys?
