    Florida CWP renewal

    Took 10 days, total.
    hint: Send bank money order. If you send a check they wait for it to clear before processing it.
    Yes, there are people stupid enough to send a rubber check for a CWP...

    Another hint: if you have a Costco membership, they will do the required "passport" pic for $5.
    Very satisfied with the level of service. $65 for 7 years.

    When you had to renew, did they send all the paperwork? I just got mine and don't have to worry about renewal for another 6+ years but figure the more I know the better. Thanks!

    mine expires October 2011 so I should be getting renewal stuff mid next year. My current one is only 5 years so i'm looking forward to not having to worry about it for 7 years...but dang 4.5 years has gone by fast!

    Better deal: If you have AAA membership, go to their travel center. Picture AND notarization is FREE!

    +1 on the AAA! yep 7 years now and they mail you your stuff must keep your addy current with them!

    Mine expires 8/2010 and I got the paperwork Yesterday from the gov.

    Just renewed for the first time this month. $65 for 7 years. Works out to .17 cents a week!
