Wife understands dangers of society..

She has submitted her application for her CHP. They told her 2 to 3 weeks. She also does watch that she is not being followed home, and is good at losing people who try. She has already told me that she is not going to shop at that store anymore, but has chosen another store to use.

Here is what the original note says... any words that are not very legible I put (nc) behind it.

"Hi: My name is James. You put me in the mind of someone. I know this is odd probably to you, but I'm a good guy no harm and Very Very nice looking.
P.S. call Me (nbr here) OVER (with arrow more on back of paper)

Your body T???? (looks like word Tiger, but doesn't fit) speak out loud (nc)

The last line or so is very unclear but is the weirdest part.

Oh, I did do a reverse of his number, came back with no name or address. But I know by the prefix that it is a local number in same town we live in which is not very big.

And my wifes license plate tag should have given him a clue. These are not the correct letters, but middle three are exactly as on tag. CKLUVJK The tag on my vehicle is opposite JKLUVCK.
