Yay!
I finally got my license (in all reality, I turned in the paperwork on wednesday and it came on saturday). Wayne County in Ohio has a great turn around time! I carried for the first time last night with dsee11789 and my brother. We went to Cici's Pizza. Surprisingly I wasn't nervous. I'm so happy to finally be able to carry so that if the need ever arises (god forbid), I am able to defend myself or my family.

Congrats and stay safe. My turnaround time was 8 days in a county that traditionaly takes 30. Our county sheriff does what he can to delay things if you will. I think it had to do with my military clearance and being squeeky clean. Enjoy your new permit.

I am also in Akron and took the short drive to Wayne county. One guy handles all the permits ( forget his name), and he often gives one day turnaround.

My Wally World is in a shopping center that has no firearm signs posted at every entrance.
And unfortunately in ohio, the signs actually mean something so I didn't get to do a Wally World walk.

Congrats!!! Sounds like Ohio is every bit as efficient as Arizona. Great turn around time.
