I alternate quite a bit between my carry guns, but I always have either my DB380 or my LCP, or both. One will be my primary and the other is the BUG.
Today I'm carrying my modified CW9 covert and my DB380 with two spare mags each. My Streamlight Microstream LED Flashlight and my Benchmade Griptillian tanto folder, and of course my BlackBerry curve to call my honey. I have my Kimber pepperblaster in my briefcase should I need to disarm for any reason. The CW9 will give way on occasion to my G26, PPK and G36 depending on my mood that morning. Some will say to stick with one type of carry, but I like variety in my carry system and am well versed with all the manual of arms "variety is the spice of life as they say.".
YMMV.

G36 always on the belt along with extra mag, cell phone and wallet. I keep it basic and simple cause I hate carrying a ton of things.
My M&P 9c and spare magazine, a Leatherman tool, an Emerson La Griffe, my cell phone, my wallet, chapstick, and a pen do it for me. There's a flashlight in my shoulder bag.
Lets see my bare minimum would be two folding knives, Walther PPS, Two reloads, Wallet (I.D.), Flashlight, Keys, OC Spray and Cell phone. What I carry or soon will be 2 PPS's, Spyderco Endura wave and Tenacious, 3 spare mags, ASP palm defender, Flashlight, Keys, Wallet, and a lighter and pen and sometimes add a Fixed blade to the mix usually a Blackhawk FXII or Kabar TDI.
Live in yellow or die in white.
NC Buckeye...Is that a Barney Bullet?
For me it's keys, wallet, cell phone, small leatherman knife, SD knife, small flashlight, M&P40c with 10+1 IWB.

My standard is
Wallet, keys, pepper spray, gun, two spare magazines, holster, watch, pocket knife, and cell phone.
USMC rule # 23 of gunfighting: Be polite, be professional, but have a plan to kill everyone you meet.
I am the God fearing, gun toting, flag waving conservative you were warned about!
My EDC items include:
1) My EMP .40 or my PT140 (either in a crossbreed supertuck).
2) My gerber 4" pocket knife (I love that thing, 1001 uses)
3) My Fenix TK12 flashlight
4) If clothing permits, a couple of extra mags.
Yeah, sometimes my pants can get a little heavy, but I don't mind!
Forgot to mention this is in addition to my wallet, keys and crackberry.
