BLACKHAWK! customer service.
I bought a Blackhawk CQC Serpa holster on the reccomendation of a salesman in a very large sporting retailer for my Glock 26 at the end of last year. I used the belt loop attachment instead of the paddle for the first few months. As the weather warmed, I noticed that the holster stuck out pretty bad, and put on the paddle attachment. Problem solved.... but I lost some of the parts. I searched high and low, but there were two little clips missing to prevent it from lifting off of my belt.
I contacted the company directly about the missing parts. I told them that the product was correctly packaged and I LOST the parts. I asked them for part numbers and ordering info. They decided to send me a new paddle assembly, FREE OF CHARGE.
Great product, great company.
My GLOCK goes BANG every time!

Actually from reading these boards, it seems to me that the vast majority of manufacturers are giving good to excellent customer service.

Good for them!
It never ceases to amaze me how some companies just don't get this. It is this kind of gesture that wins them a loyal customer for life, who not only will spend more of his money with this company instead of their competitors, but will post something like this on an enthusiast's forum.
Surely everyone can agree that that was a wise business decision and worth the cost of the parts.
I wish more companies would show this kind of consideration.
