Kansas .... Castle Doctrine & using deadly force

You know darn well that the old adage, "do as I say and not as I do" holds true. Does anyone doubt that 1. the judges can CC whereever and whenever they want and 2. that if the judge is in the same situation, his "judicial standing" will be relevant and he would never have faced what this poor sucker had to face. Ivory white tower politicos and judiciary and tenured professors just make me want to puke.

Often, there is a fine line between brandishing and a actual existence of a threat.

Silly law as it's written. Kinda' like not allowing your dog to bark, only bite the intruder.

In Florida, we can vote to keep judges in power. This looks like a case for naming the judges involved during the next election.

Good to know this changed, since Kansas will likely be my new state of residence within the next six months.
