    Just what DOES "stop ALL" robbery attempts?

    That is as stupid as saying that open carry is going to get you arrested or shot. Many many people do it everyday without any problems. More robberys happen where there isn't anyone open carrying a handgun then where someone is.
    Less armored vehicles are robbed now that the gaurds open carry then when they were unarmed.

    Yes, that's legal. But smart? I suppose that depends on your neighborhood and your relationship with your neighbors. I live in the 'burbs, and the only time I'll step outside with my gun in the open is in the back yard (enclosed by a privacy fence) or late at night (usually taking the trash to the curb and nobody around).
