Glock 19 in holster, if you use the Glock Combat/Sport holster, it has a piece inside that blocks the ability of an inadvertent mag push.
DO NOT USE THE EXTENDED GLOCK MAG: RELEASE! An accident waiting to happen.
I've had that problem with my P3AT and my Glock 26. However, in my case its because I'm left handed. I grip both pistols very firmly because I don't want any issues with limp wristing. On several occasions the mags have dropped down because of the pressure on the release button. I always look for a left handed model or at least one that's ambi. but no luck. I recently bought an EMP with ambi. safety but the mag release button is still on the wrong side. I may end up going back to a revolver.
