Florida Permit

Congrats on the permit. Florida is much faster now than for a few months ago.

Just got mine. Mailed it on 4/21, got it in my hands 5/14.

They must have either brought on additional staff or they have become really proficient in processing.

Florida added moe regional offices to keep up with demand....my wifes permit took 123 days last year, now I have heard of a few weeks.....so they are finally caught up.

My renewell was up in 07' & now in 2012', Missed it by one year getting a 7 year CWLP :rolleyes:

Congrats on the quick turnaround. Went to Tampa Regional office on 4/12, CWP issued 4/20 and in my hands 3 days later. They do seem to be processing quickly if you have all your ducks in a row.

I wonder how long it takes from the time they cash the check to the time they mail out the permit.
