    legal in Washington but not...

    my home state of Oregon....I got my Utah permit in the mail today so I am legal for my trips to Washington but, still waiting on my appointment on June 6 for my Oregon permit...Should I do the wally walk in Washington or wait tell I am legal in home state...

    Or you could do both. One now in Washington and the Oregon walk when the permit is issued.
