Concealed Carry Permit and WWW (sorta)
All in one day...I received my permit today and did a "practice" WWW. I do not have all the official pictures, but after a long time waiting and its finally here. I moved back to Ohio and now have my permit.
I will commend the sheriffs office on a very speedy (4 day) turnaround from application to permit received. So I would like to offer a big hand to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office and Lt. Clark. Amazing guy to work with and very helpful.
With all that said I also did my Wally World walk which turned into a few stops. It was interesting and will take a little getting used to. I am carrying my XD45 Compact with a belly band (my holster is on backorder). I also have a Sig SP2022. I will ask also if anyone has any tips on the belly band they would be greatly appreciated.

I have carried a Glock (G33) and a Ruger LCR in a belly band. The belly band works well for smaller pistols, but I'd pick something a bit more sturdy than the belly band for that SIG or XD.
Knowing is half the battle.

I've not done the WWW yet, but have shopped at Kroger four times now (once w/my 4 y.o. w/me!), visited a hospital twice, gotten gas three times and eaten at two restaurants. Does that count as a decent substitute...? :)

I used a belly band for a quick fix while I researched and ordered a proper gun belt\holster. I wouldn’t recommend using it permanently. My tip, put the BB on while sitting down and place the gun about 3:30-4:00. The sitting down part was the trick for me, but it was never very comfortable.
