    Disarmed by my better half...Kinda

So about a month ago I started my search for a new, better sized concealed carry. So after researching multiple new pistols, I decided on the Kahr CW9. After bringing it home to the better half she sat and fondled it some and the discussion got serious about her CCL...and a new CCW for her. So off we went to the different firearms dealers I frequent to fondle more. well we went out tonight and she decided that she wanted a CW9 (Good Choice IMHO). The only problem was that none of the local establishments had a 9...So now she has a used (Read "broke in") CW9(mine) and I get to break in a new CW45 tonight!!! God I love that woman!!!

It's either Christmas or your married to a wonderful lady, my money is on the latter - now take her out to dinner more often so she doesn't have to cook as much!

Less time she has to spend in the kitchen, the more time you can both spend at the range. Do the math, she'll like your addition.

We just got back from the range, both Kahrs did Fantastic and she was thrilled! I think I will take the advice...more time at the range will make both of us VERY Happy

Congrats my friend. My better half loves to shoot also, we just can't do it as much as we would like. It's great having a better half that loves to shoot.

Glad that you and your wife enjoy the Kahr’s; they really are very good weapons

Congrats! Sounds like you got yourself a great wife!

Took my fiance with me to the range the other day. She shot a handgun for her first time. Was my Walther PPS 9mm. She actually shot very good. Hope to take her back with me more often. Maybe I can get her to buy a handgun for herself. Even if it's just a Walther P22 so she can shoot that while I shoot the PPS.

Someday I hope to make a post on here that my fiance (probably wife by then) decided to get her CC permit!

I'm jealous. My wife is ambivalent about me carrying; she's never felt scared in a situation and told me she's glad I've got a gun, but neither does she protest that I take it everywhere. Bottomline: there's no chance of her taking one of my guns to make it her own.

LOL congrats on the new Kahr. My CW9 is a sweet shooter from day one. I bet the .45 will be a handful through that light weight pistol, but fun no doubt.
