That one is $12.99, or you can get one without the fancy western stitching for only $11.99. It's called the 5.11 Tactical Leather Casual Belt 1.5 inch Plain - CLOSEOUT.

BTW, these are normally $45 belts. While there be sure to check out their closeout of 5.11 Tactical Covert Khaki Pants - CLOSEOUT for $14.99.

I can vouch for both the belts and pants as I have several of each. Tip: the pants have a panel running from one leg through the crotch to the other leg to allow crazy gyrations without splitting a seam. My wife simply took that panel out and it looks like a normal pair of Docker type only with hardly noticeable extra pockets.

I have HighNoon belts and holsters and love them. That said I just ordered a Beltman because so many on this board spoke so highly of them. My .02.

Another +1 for comp-tac, but it depends on how you define "economical" though, they're $80.

Read the instructions on measurements twice though, I ordered mine way too long. Just ordered another one, the first is over a year old and shows almost no wear. Strong enough to carry my full size XD-40, two mags on another hip, and my cell phone. Double layer heavy leather, with a kydex layer in between.

I carry in Don Hume holsters and love them both. That belt is exactly the style I want, just wish it wasn't so expensive.

It is about $5 higher from when I got mine but still worth it. It makes a real difference. That really is an average price for that grade of belt. For a "gun-belt" that's about as low as I would go.

Galco "Special Agent" belt. It will not "sag" even when carrying a heavy gun in a belt holster, but its also a more comfortable belt to wear than all of my all of my regular belts, even it's not being used to carry a gun, which was a surprise to me. If I remember right, I think I paid around $40 for it.

I carried a 1911 on a Galco SB5 for years. It's 1 3/4" wide leather with a nice brass buckle. They can be had online for around $65 these days. The SB6 is a bit more expensive but it's a "fancier" model.
This is the model, but mine is the black version:
