Never! I have two other ID's I use for identification, my driver's license and my Retired Military ID.
Freedom isn't free! Don't ever take it forgranted!
I use mine somewhat routinely. When you visit a company that requires you to drop your ID at the guard shack on the way in, you sometimes forget it. If you've flown to the destination in question, and don't realize you have forgotten your ID at the guard, then getting back on a plane is a huge problem that could be very costly.
Since I have a CCW for Arkansas and another for Florida, I leave one of those. If I forget it, I'm driving legally, can get on my flight, and am also carrying legally in most states.
That being said, this is about the only scenario that I can think of where I would use it as a primary ID.
Never. It would be the last ID I would use.
Keep it concealed and never tell (permit either).
Just my 2 cents.
Best Regards from Minnesota,

Never. I have only presented my CC license to LEO's at gun shows when I attended armed. The less people know about you, the better.
