I was discussing with the security of a hotel that is next to my workplace. The guy wasn't sure about the technicalities of the situation. Say one of us with our carry permit comes into the hotel that has a restaurant which is a bar as well. We'd still be able to carry in the hotel part right?
The restaurant has it's on very specific area with front doors inside the hotel and on the outside. This is specific to VA so any locals I appreciate the help!

Come 1 July it won't matter, unless posted. 1 July the law changes allowing CC in restaurants that serve alcohol, provided you do not drink. OC will still be legal as well and does not prohibit you from drinking responsibly.Yes....CC in hotel....OC in restaurant (the restaurant has the ABC license)
