Asked the manager and he said it was his belief that their corporate office changed the policy to follow state law re. CC.

Unfortunately a moot point here, until the law changes, since they serve liquor.

What's a BW3? I'm wanting to say Buffalo Wild Wings, but where does the "3" come in?

Was wondering the same thing. I know the Buffalo Wild Wings here says no firearms, but we can't carry in places that serve alcohol anyhow. So they are basically just telling people "we wouldn't support the 2nd amendment even if we could."

Yup. I contacted my state Senator and he's voting for the bill. Ohio might be coming into the 21st century as regards concealed carry.

I contacted Governor Strickland, since he's in a tight race and has been the most pro-2A governor we've had since I moved here from Chicago in '86.

You are correct -- it's Buffalo Wild Wings. As stated, they used to be called "Buffalo Wild Wings and Weck".
Vast majority of their locations are franchises. I would not be surprised if individual franchisees are doing their own thing regarding CC. 232 directly owned by the company, and 420 franchised locations across the US.
The BW3's near me is a company restaurant and, according to the GM, there is nothing in their policy about denying people to carry.

Every Buffalo Wild Wings I've visited has identical signage (below). Obviously not legally enforceable under Texas law.

BWW in Jackson, Tennessee is not posted and I hope it remains so.
The preceding post may contain sarcasm; it's just better that way. However, it is still intended with construction and with the Love of my L-rd Y'shua.

Sounds more and more like the franchises doing their own thing, much like the Hilton thread.

I've seen the same in Dallas. So far I have refused to go in.
Does anyone in TX just ignore this sign since it is not legal in TX?
