    spouses views?

I'm wondering how spouses feel about their other half carrying. Although they have no desire to do so, and may have initially questioned why you want too, I've read that some admit to being comforted by it. So, I finally asked my wife this very question. Her response was "I'm uneasy when your not carrying". Wow, that felt good! So, let's everyone actually ask our spouses for a response to the question. This poll assumes that your spouse doesn't carry him/her self.

My Wife has no desire to carry. But she is happy that I want to... but she doesn't make a point to make sure that I am on any given occasion. (she...kinda doesn't care.)

It is just a matter of time until she carries as well. She will be taking the course at the next Tampa Gun Show. But for now, she is content that I am armed.

I voted she is "indifferent" but that is not always correct. She is indifferent only 95% of the time. There is 5% of the time when she will ask me if I am carrying or will tell me in advance she wants to me carry due to the surroundings will will be and can't avoid. But the majority of the time she is indifferent.

My wife would never leave home without her 38 special and is a very big supporter of 2a. She also an NRA member. She did all this without my input. Of course, I started concealed carrying before she did but you gotta love a lady who understands the importance of gun rights.

She knows I am always armed and would be very upset if I ever tried to go anywhere without a weapon.

When I met heer I let her know that I am into guns? Any questions? If she had said no guns, she would have been left sitting there alone.

My wife actually encourages me to carry, she does not want to carry herself until she gets more training and becomes more proficiant with her gun!

My significant other is from a rough part of San Antonio, she has seen bad people at their worst. She appreiciates the fact that I carry because she knows that evil is real and gives no warning before it shows its ugly face. She knows people who were murdered and people who were beat severely for the money in their pocket. She knows what kind of pull illegal drugs can have on a person and what that pull can make them do. The pistol on my hip makes her feel safe, because she knows the world is an unsafe place.

My bumpkin sisters think I am a gun nut. They get a disgusted look if they see that I am armed. They live in the fantasy bubble of the sheep where there is a cop hiding around every corner to save them. A gentileman that my one sister knows well was murdered in his home along with his wife about a year ago. A couple meth tweakers knew he kept cash around so they butchered him and his wife with a kichen knife. My sister still wont admit that she may be next, and this kind of stuff happens to anyone.

My other (read Better) half feels more comfertable when I carry and encourages it. She will get to a class soon and start carrying as well!
