Yes, it would be overkill for ME to carry 3 weapons BUT I am the only person I worry about in this respect. I tend not to worry about what other people do unless they are messing with me or mine. I leave judging others to smarter people than me.
[QUOTE=oakchas;1732091]OVERKILL? ONLY 3? NEVER!
Now, this might be overkill...:]
I don't see how the kid walked into the room much less kept his pants up on the Youtube video . Personally I'm all for dress codes in schools as a discipline and economic leveling device. Uniforms are even better, even in public schools where learning is enhanced because of uniforms. I digress from the OP and agree with those who feel you should carry what suits your needs. I live in a relatively crime free environment and at a job where the "violence policy" doesn't allow me to even keep my weapon in my car. I only have one carry piece (.45) but again, carry what you need.
Take Jujutsu :DThe improbability may not be as far-fethched as you and some others seem to think. Can you draw your IWB or pocket gun with someone sitting on your chest turning your brains to mush? That is a very real liklihood, even for a non-LEO.
Yes...three is fine, but please stay away from deep water.
Ah, the good ole' New York Reload.......Remember back in the 60's ....the Riots in Newark , NJ........the city police I knew were carrying 3........the service revolver on the hip, a shoulder rig and one on the ankle......but that was during civil unrest. Are you expecting something to break out ?
