63 days later...
...IT FINALLY GOT HERE!!!!
I just had to share with you all the awesome excitement that flooded through me when I opened the mailbox today. The feeling that I can now legally carry to protect myself and my loved ones is very hard to describe but I'm sure you know what I mean. Now I've just got to strap on the old CW9 and do the WWW! Stay safe out there!

Congrats on the new permit.
MO is now a bit safer.

Congrats!!! I am really hoping that my Indiana permit doesn't take 63 days to get to me.

I totally understand the excitement, but 63 days is a long time -- that's too long.
Mine was exactly 8 days from the day I mailed the application to the day my permit came in the mail. Waiting 63 days would truly test my patience.
I'm in favor of gun control -- I think every citizen should have control of a gun.

Oh, believe me, my patience was truly tried!! It was my Utah non resident permit and that seems to be the general wait time for those according to my CCW instructor. I am now happy to say that I have successfully completed my Wally World Walk and although I felt like everyon was zeroed in on my hip, it was basically a non-event. Bought a plunger, some cookies and some material to make my own "thunderwear" style holster (I'm a poor college student and I don't have the $$$ to buy one pre-made) all in all, a good experience.
