To add - I mentioned IWB as something I might have to do if dress made it necessary but - following your post Cruisr - I'll add that I too hate IWB! It is for me (maybe too bony round my sides - all the extra real estate is out front ) horrendously uncomfortable.

I do carry a full size SIG - usually 226 ST and as someone else said earlier - that and IWB do not seem good friends!

swifty - no one sees printing or bulges or anything when socks and sandals are in play - they are hypnotoized by the chicken legs

That is when I could carry my BFR in a thigh rig!

I carry IWB 80% of the time. If my area's climate permitted wearing a cover garment all the time I would carry OWB. It is more comfortable for me and doesn't raise hell with my Sciatic nerve like IWB sometimes does.

IWB is one of the few options we have in this June 91 degree temps. A T shirt is all I wear most of the time and that pretty much rules out any other carry other than pocket carry.

I almost always carrymy Delta IWB ,strong side and my back up in a Desantis OWB, cross draw on the weak side. It gives a good weight balance and the cross draw is real handy if I'm driving. The seat belt gets in the way of the strong side holster. Also if someone comes up to the car on the drivers side the muzzle is right there.

IWB more than 95% of the time. Better concealability.

IWB for me, 100% of the time; appendix carry under a shirt. My G26 fits there easily, almost unnoticeable to me in an Uncle Mike's #3 holster.

I usually carry IWB. Seems to hide better but if it is colder, and I have a thick jacket, I will carry it OWB. Lucky (to me anyways) summers are pretty short in VT. Nothing better than a warm piece of metal against you when it is hot out! I usually put a light button down shirt on over the t-shirt with IWB CC. Gets a bit uncomfortable when it is hot out though.

Colt CC IWB in summer, OWB in winter (all 363 days of it). Titanium 41 mag snubbie OWB in the woods. P3-AT on weak side rear pocket. Carjacking rig on driving trips. Bianchi shoulder rig for the heavy artillery. Bell bottoms, sandals, and no socks for the ankle rig :)

Hrm... Need more options... It depends on the sutuation...

OWB in the car (per teh state "concealed gun must not be concealed in teh car" law)

    IWB most times

IWB @ work + Pocket (Sometimes + Ankle too!)

    Deep cover gets a smartcarry-ish dealy-majigger....

I voted for IWB as it is my most used method year around. I do use a shoulder holster on occassion, mostly in winter and also a smart carry on occassion, mostly in summer.
The P3AT uses a pocket holster, and he is often with me, usually as a BUG or a "dinner gun" as my wife calls it. I would like to try one of those clips that attach to the side of the frame. I think it would be a good way to carry my wee little friend.

Well, I was the 2nd one to add to fanny pack. Even through it's not the best mode of carry, and most of the time it does scream "GUN", due to new physical limitations this is the only way to carry my Main carry piece.

    I use the following:

    1) Fanny for main carry piece.

    2) Ankle if I don't wish to carry main or;

    3) Pocket

IWB about 99% of the time. Actually, it's become comfortable or at least I really don't even notice it anymore. OWB I tend to run into things around the house.....
