I think that strongside IWB is the best overall CC method. OWB is easiest/fastest to draw from. Pocket carry of a mousegun is the most comfortable. I've carried with a clip, and though it's very concealable It is a very awkward/slow draw, not to mention I'm not all that comfortable having an exposed trigger jostling around all day and retention is not very reliable.
I personally carry IWB 50-75% of the time, and pocket carry the rest.

when working: OWB strong-side
not working: IWB strong-side
B.U.G.: appendix-IWB with "hip-grips" (similar to the "clipdraw" idea)

If you carry in Condition 3, you have two empty chambers. One in the weapon...the other between your ears.

I'm surprised that OWB and IWB aren't close i figure they would split almost 50/50
Jimmy i added it for ya to the Poll
Smart Carry 90+% of the time, IWB the rest. Some don't like the Smart Carry, but I love the doggoned thing. Takes some getting used to (especially for Big Jim and the Twins), but once you're used to it, no one can make you.
And if you practice, you can access your weapon quick.
Added Bonus: you can carry a pretty large pistol with one. I mean a 5" 1911 or 10mm.
Bud, thanks for adding the new "candidate"--I just voted!
I carry an H&K USP.40c IWB in a K&D Cochise Defender. Very comfortable and well concealed. I also use a fanny pack on occasion, but prefer IWB.
I generally carry my PPK in a North Face fanny pack due to my work situation. When in winter, it gets carried in the front inside pocket of my jacket. At some points at work I carry IWB, but it is not very comfortable. I prefer OWB and shoulder to anything else.
I believe the right to bear arms is not only a 2nd Amendment right. I believe it is a basic human right. All people should be able to protect themselves and property.
I like to pocket carry. It is the best way to conceal if you find yourself in a “huggy touchy” environment. In addition, putting your hands in your pocket is not a threatening posture. You can put your hand on the grip and draw very quickly. While I do carry my XD-40 SC in a belt attached bag at my 9, my Kel-Tec P3-AT can be drawn in less than 100 milli-seconds (yes I have timed it).
IWB primary but use ankle carry alot too

Always IWB at 4 o'clock. I carry my wallet in my left back pocket so that I don't risk exposing my weapon if I have to lift or move a cover garmet. I find this to be a natural carry posistion for me with good security and retention. I do have to be mindful of the chairs I sit in though, some of the folding chairs can cause the but of the weapon to dig into my back.

Blade Tech IWB with Glock or Sig. So comfortable I have been known to fall asleep in my "DAD'S chair" still loaded up.

IWB all the time.
