Night Sights for Glock 19 Gen 4

    Hello Everyone-
I'm looking to put night sights on my new Glock 19 Gen4 and I'm not sure what brand to go with as there are many! Can anyone suggest one brand or style over another or is there anything I should stay away from?
    Thanks Much!!!!

My personal opinion shouldn't matter much. I rather like the Meprolight sights or the Glock OEM night sights personally. I have a couple Glocks endowed with Trijicons, and that's why I prefer the Meps now. Just years of experience and experimentation. Generally, the Meps will run you less than Trijicons as well and in my opinion, give a better profile under any shooting conditions. Not advice....just personal opinion. For what it's worth. Shop around, and my best to you with your new 4th gen G19! Glock on!

GLOCK night sights are Meprolights. I have Meprolight TRUDOTs on my G23 and would have them on any carry pistol.
The preceding post may contain sarcasm; it's just better that way. However, it is still intended with construction and with the Love of my L-rd Y'shua.

    Cool

Whatever kind you decide to get make sure that a qualified gunsmith puts them on and sights them in. Glock OEM's and a Glock armourer would be a safe way to go but that's just my $.02. Good Luck !

I'll add a + for the Meprolights. I put them on my Glock recently. I have Trijicons on one of my other guns and I like them too but will give the nod to the Mepros.

I have Warren Tactical rear sights and Heinie front sights on 2 our of 3 of my Glocks. The 3rd has Glock night sights. I really like the Warren rear sights, and will eventually put them on the third pistol. The first pistol I was able to get them about a third of the way on before they got stuck. The gunsmith fixed my problem for $20. For the 2nd pair, I bought a sight pusher and put them on myself. It's not a complicated task if you have the right equipment. If I were going to try something besides Warrens, I'd look at 10-8 performance (but I don't think they have night sights) or AmeriGlo.

Yep and I love them. I have the big dots. Fast on target, but take a little time to get used to.
    Good luck on your search.

I have some weapons with Meps, and Trijicons on my Glocks. The Trijicons (all green) work well for me.
Either Trij's or Mep's will do the job...it's just a matter of personal preference IMHO.

I agree with the others, it's really a matter of preference.

I have Trijicon (Green front/Yellow rear) on my G19 as I have an easier time with the contrasting dots.

I have Meprolights (orange/green) and love them. When I get my G26 I will go with Mepros again.

All my Glocks have TFO's. I'm a huge fan of the design.
