Not only do I have to hand out the youth handgun safty stupid paper with every purchase my wife is also a paralegal and she about chocked on her tongue when she found out what I was typing about, The law somtimes reads different to some people do me a favor and contact a judge up there and let me know what they say about minors carrying handguns.
I dont need to, do me a favor and call for me?

Spoken like a true minor. I am not trying to tell you your business, just trying to keep you out of any trouble that might come your way, I am familiar with Montana laws and this one in particular and if you do get into trouble for it it will be up to the judge to read the law and it will be up to his interpretation of the law. No matter what Montana law says minor is minor and you are not allowed to be in possesion of a handgun without adult supervision. So please by all means ignore people who are trying to help you, that is a really good habit to get into I hear it makes you go real far in life.
