The obligatory "proud of the Mrs" thread...

The Mrs. Just went and picked up her permit on Wednesday. Of course the anti-2A sheriff in our county here made her wait the full 90 days but that is nothing new. No Wally-World walk yet... she is still waiting for her Crossbreed Ohai holster to arrive first. She is proud though and I'm super proud of her as well. I had to wrap up an additional 500 rounds of 9mm and put under the tree for her. =)

    Congrats to your Mrs....
Sometimes in life you have to stand your ground. It's a hard lesson to learn and even most adults don't get it, but in the end only I can be responsible for my life. If faced with any type of adversity, only I can overcome it. Waiting for someone else to take responsibility is a long fruitless wait.

Fantastic! What better way to show you really care. It takes "I'll be there for you" to a new level. Congratulations to her! You are fortunate indeed.

Nice gift idea on the ammo!!

May I suggest one of those uplula mag loading devices? Miraculous, a real hand and nail saver.

My wife has had hers for two weeks now. Got home today from a long weekend in Las Vegas, and her new crossbreed supertuck was in the mailbox. On it went and she got her Glock 19 out of the lockbox and away she went.
