I rather be safe then sorry.
It's better to have it when you need it then need it and dont have it.
Doesnt matter what day of the year it is nor if it's a holiday or not. If I'm out of the house, I'm always armed.
CCW is either a way of life, or it isn't. Christmas is no different than any other day regarding whether I carry or not.
I'm not a "part time" ccw so I'll be packin' iron!

"The gun is the great equalizer... For it is the gun, that allows the meek to repel the monsters; Whom are bigger, stronger and without conscience, prey on those who without one, would surely perish."
It doesn't matter what day of the year it is. If I'm awake then I'm carrying. I found a set up that works good for me so I wear it from the moment I get up till I go to sleep. That includes the house to.
Unfortunately I will be working both Christmas Eve and Christmas day and I work for an "anti" company. So I won't be carrying except when I am off the job.

Just another day of the week @ GBKs house... Oh, but add a big dinner and some festive TV and music to keep the gang happy and in the spirit of the holiday. Firearms are secured from any visitors, all except the one secretly concealed on my person.
If any of my friends are carrying more power to um and I don't even want to know; that's why I call um friends and invite um to my home for the holidays.![]()

Considering that I'm working both nights I'll be carrying off duty. When at work I'll be carrying my issued duty weapon. Eight hours on Christmas Eve (4 PM - Midnight) and twelve hours on Christmas (Noon - Midnight) so I won't be able to enjoy the holiday until the day after. Ah, the joys of a small police force.
of course I will! Why not?
Holiday season = crime season anyways, even more reason to carry
I won't be wronged, I won't be insulted, I won't be laid a hand on. I don't do these things to other people and I expect the same from them. -- John Wayne as John B. Books in "The Shootist"
I only carry when there's a chance it may be needed.
Crime don't take a break on Holidays, neither should our self defense. Yeah I'm packin, just like any other day.
Blessed be the LORD my strength which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight. PSALM 144:1
I CLING to my guns and my Bible.
I will be carrying at work on the 24th. And I will be CCing around my Girlfriends pro gun family and my anti-gun family on the 25th.
Exodus 22:2 "If a thief is caught breaking in and is struck so that he dies, the defender is not guilty of bloodshed"
Awake = Get dressed = Arm up = Daily Activities = 365/365 = Be Prepared
Sometimes in life you have to stand your ground. It's a hard lesson to learn and even most adults don't get it, but in the end only I can be responsible for my life. If faced with any type of adversity, only I can overcome it. Waiting for someone else to take responsibility is a long fruitless wait.
Yes.
Will also be carrying for the rest of this year :)
Probably won't carry again after that till next year starts. . .
If there were someway that I could be assured that crime would take a down day it may cross my mind, otherwise I'll be carrying.
Its a shame that youth is wasted on the young.
