    A CC Christmas

My wife is about to get her CCP, and loves the color red, so I bought her a Charter .38 snub in red frame/black barrel & cylinder, with ear muffs, shooting glasses, Hornady XTP's, and some practice ammo for Christmas, as well as tickets to next week's Eagles Cowboys game

For myself I got my ancient PPK/S refinished at GPI Gunworks. Cerakote Black Graphite slide with matte silver frame. I load Buffalo Bore .380 +P 90 gr HP's.

We're ready until that Peace on Earth thing comes through.
Good to be ready. Peace comes with superior firepower and a false sense of security these days. True peace on earth has never been written in the book of time. Therefore, it does not exist. Hopes are but dreams with no action. Peace demands too many things from humanity and we are not willing to change our ways. All of us will die without finding peace, and if peace befalls this earth, we'll all die since we revolve around violence and ourselves. The book of time has reserved a few blank pages for us to write ourselves. Many of those pages have been turned because there was nothing to read. Thing is....we make our own future and we can write in the book of time. We've just not found the ability to write when the blank pages have been presented. Time makes everything, and it's endless. A page written now at the right time will change the future chapters of the book. It's a living book. Time. How we'll define it coming up on a new year. Man's concept of time is but a spit in the sand. We could all do better if we knew.

Isn't it great to have a spouse that appreciates your interest in carry. This isn't exactly a CCW gift but my wife got me a S&W 15 22. Getting into rimfire competition this next summer and this will be my rifle. Got to shoot it first time today and sweeeeeet! We with like spouses are so blessed. She has her permit as well and has never been a problem with my purchases - as long as the money is there. Merry Christmas
