    A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

    I wonder if we could ever get this signed into law?

    Bumper, what do constituents of States such as myself here in NV that are already shall issue do to help the national cause? From what I have learned, being I am not a tax paying resident of CA, I can not help out in the efforts to get CA to go to a \"Shall-issue\" state.

    You can contact legislators regarding federal initiatives, though. This is a federal initiative, or was.
