AZ seems to have their stuff together.
I would guess, unless there is something they need to delve in to further, that you should have it in a couple of weeks. Mine took four days.

After two sets of prints and several phone calls, mine took 62 days in AZ. The electronic prints I had taken in Green Valley by the SAV didn't take. It was a mess. DPS did notify me that there was a problem within a couple of weeks though.
