    Cross country trip

    Posted - 02/27/2011 : 1443
The wife and I will be travelling from Arizona to West Virginia this spring for vacation. We will be travelling through New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinois, and Kentucky to get there(although I will likely drive AROUND Illinois, which would take us into Tennessee. All of those states honor my AZ permit (except the peoples republic of Illinois). Of course I have downloaded all of the state by state info from handgunlaw and will be printing it out and taking it with us, but even with that, some states have weird idiosycrasies (sp?). Any input as to the odd quirks in the law from any of those states would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Lon

I'm uncertain, but I think there is an odd quirk in OK about not taking it inside a roadside rest stop. Someone from OK would have to confirm that though as I could easily be mistaken or the law might have changed in the few years since I last needed to know it.

C'mon through Missouri! We are very gun friendly. In case you do get pulled over, Missouri does NOT have the need to inform.
