Men's Wearhouse
We went to Men's Wearhouse today in Moore, Ok. to buy some suits for a wedding. The man who waited on us was the assistant manager. I told him that I had a CCW and that I was carrying a firearm, and that I wanted to get fitted for my suit while wearing my gun, since I wear it all of the time. The respose was, "Sure, no problem, we do that all the time."
Additionally, they have other services for CCW's. They reinforced the waistband of the pants and put an extra reinforcing patch inside the jacket were the hammer rubs the inside of the jacket. They had several useful suggestions for CCW attire. The manager says that they serve a large number of CCW's.
My soon to be brother in law are ex-military. That came up in conversation. The manager and assistant manager both thanked us for our service. The staff is super CCW and military Friendly.
They also have an excellent selection of clothing and made us and our firearms feel welcome. It is a great feeling to do business with people that don't make you feel like some kind of a nut for wanting to exercising you rights. I think that if you need a suit, or Tuxedo, you will enjoy doing business with men's Wearhouse.

I have heard this same kind of story time and time again about The Men's Warehouse on this forum and many others I frequent. It is really great to hear about a business that is so pro-carry.
I don't wear suits too often but the next time I have need to purchase one, it will be there for sure.

Such as? (maybe you're already address in the OP). Interesting post, BTW.

Over the years (30+ to date myself and test my faulty memory), MW has been excellent. I have gone to MW almost as long as I remember, but I truly don't know how long they've been around. The MW in west Plano was excellent too. They even accommodated me for a Tux for a wedding.

Nice to know, thanks! What's a suit cost these days with the mods? How about a tux to rent?

That is great thta they do that. My closest is an hour away. I do recommend that you check any tux you rent there thourguhly before leaving the store. The ones for my wedding hadnt been cleaned had dirty tissues and event tickets in them. My Dad complained major and the manager gave them one of the rentals for free when he returned them. I took advantage of a free suit from them because of a special deal for paying for my tux rental as the groom. I wear suits to work so it was a deal. When I mentioned the tux issue to him, he gave me the suit, plus a pair of shoes and a belt to match it for free. So I would most likely shop there again.

You can drop anywhere from $150 to $900 or so on a suit, but get a second for free or $100 or so - it depends on their current promotions. They had a Hickey Freeman suit regularly $1,200 for $900 and then a second suit for $100. So two suits average $500 if you bought two $900 suits for $1,000. Same deal on the $150 suits too. Two for $250, or $125 each. I don't know about the Tux. I was Father of the Bride and just enjoying myself.

Wow, that's good service! Please tell the manager and staff to apply in RI since I don't think we get that kind of service up here in the liberal part of the country....
