I'm gonna say yes on that, contact the nearest State Police Barracks, or check thier website and/or the website of the MO attorney generals office and search for laws regarding the carrying of firearms.

I need to find info about handgun laws in MO. There is the youth handgun prevention act which says that no one can possess or transport a handgun under 18. But on the other hand you can't purchase one until you are 21. i am between these ages, so will i get in trouble for open carrying one of my father's guns? P.S. CCW Law is 23
