Before I ship out for boot camp, 13 days and counting, I figured I'd apply for my NH non-resident permit. I mailed it today, I wonder if the turn around time, is as quick as they say. I know if I receive it before I ship, it will only be another form of ID, since I can't carry while on base, but it would be a nice addition to my SC permit.
Average seems to be 7-10 days. Mine took 17 days on last renewal but they were just converting from paper CCW to the new (now not so new) plastic CCW permits.
Not much use as ID as no picture or fingerprint on it.
I left for Fla.On Thursday. And left the application in my mail box. Came home on Tuesday. And it was there. With a note that I needed to sign the check and return before the permit would be valid
