The State (by State) of Right-To-Carry

    Thirty-eight states? Thirty-nine? Forty?

We attempt to resolve the states of confusion by giving you all you ever wanted to know about the status of Right-to-Carry laws but were afraid to ask.

    Nice read...
    Thanks for posting.
Liberty is an inherently offensive lifestyle. Living in a free society guarantees that each one of us will see our most cherished principles and beliefs questioned and in some cases mocked. It's worth it.

Sure is nice to see common sense and a slight return of our 2nd Ammend rights so spread thru the country.

I would like to add that my senator, George Allen of Virginia, has authored legislation that would make Concealed Carry permits recognized the same way that drivers licenses are recognized (Senate Bill S.3275 ). In short if you have a license to carry issued by your state it would be have to be recognized by any other state (subject to the laws of that state). It may stand a good chance of passing, since congress has been hesitant to take on any new gun control efforts and this is an election year for the house and one third of the senate.

Shameless plug ------ Please remember this should he run for president in '08.

I'd love to believe that could happen, but I believe,Ca.,Hi.,D.C., would throw such a fit that it would never pass.
