"That I cannot do."
"Give this to, uh, Clemenza. I want reliable people, people who aren't going to be carried away. After all we're not murderers in spite of what this undertaker thinks."

Well, no one is perfect. The guy will not be owning much of anything for some time now, and probably will never legally own a firearm ever again.
To think, all he had to do was drop the dog off at the local shelter. Then all would be good. Stupid can't be easily fixed.

Wow...I guess the guy missed the part that carrying a firearm in public does NOT mean he gets any special powers.
Idiot.
Edited to correct post...

Magazine <> clip - know the difference
martyr is a fancy name for crappy fighter
You have never lived until you have almost died. For those that have fought for it, life has a special flavor the protected will never know
I like the irony here;
The woman met police at Common Cents on 17th Street and told them that Lawrence had portrayed himself as a police officer and tried to force her out of her vehicle.

Serves him right for throwing a dog out of a vehicle. He might be put in his kennel for a few years!

It boils my blood reading stories like this. Take a man like this and his story will be heard on every news channel around the country, painting CHL holders as crazy vigilantes or criminals. Take a story of a many who brandishes a gun to save his family from being killed and you'll probably never hear about it.
people who do bad things to puppies likely have other bad habits.....
hanging or flogging??

as i've noticed about others--that they do not always do as i think they will nor often as they say they will.
this not only makes life interesting, it makes it dangerous too.
For Sale 1985 Toyota Supra. one owner, 82K, will pass inspection, only needs some body/rust patching
I'm glad the woman drove away, it could have been a lot worse!
Stop whining and go make a difference!
If you think that I may be talking to you, then I am.
The aggravated assault charge should be for throwing the dog out of the vehicle.

People seem to be getting dumber by the day.
"I do what I do." Cpl 'coach' Bowden, "Southern Comfort".
MAKES ME THINK:
One of the greatest services this site provide us is common sense reality of what carrying is really about including it's responsibilities and dangers. I frequently see a whiff of the same sort of stupidity from new younger members. You guys & gals never miss the chance to gently and sometimes not so gently remind them of the fact that having the right to carry carry's responsibilities to correct, lawful, and safe behavior. Great site great people wish I could meet you all some day.
I carry to protect myself and my loved ones from the BG's. Not to solve societies problems. That said: if more carried the deterrent would only have a positive overall effect on those problems.
Wow...just wow!!!
