    No Guns = No Money: Let's educate the masses.

    I recently talked with a local business owner about his "No Guns" sign on his front door.

    He stated he didn't realize that there a number of people who can legally carry, and the sign was aimed at the thugs, not "good" people. Unfortunately, the sign (which carries the weight of law in North Carolina) does not distinguish punks from people.

    He agreed he would actually like to have legitimate gun owners around if the SHTF. In this case, education worked.

    Using ideas from a thread on another forum, I have produced some cards that can be printed and handed out to other business owners.

    Please help spread our message in a non-obnoxious manner!

    I like it altho the one about drugs has nothing to do with your CC permit unless you've been convicted on a drug charge...unless NC has some drug test for it's cc'ers.

    Otherwise I think it would give business owners some good food for thought. I esp like how politely you say you'll take your business elsewhere

    In my state I cannot even consume alcohol or else my permit becomes invalid. Also, the permit process states you cannot "be a drug user or habitual drunkard" in order to obtain your permit to carry.

    OP, leave it as it is! I love it and will be printing them to share. Great job!

    Yeah, i never really understood what they were trying to accomplish with the "NO GUN" sign... they're making themselves targets.

    I noticed yesterday at the Sarah Cannon cancer center in Nashville the sign on the front door reads " NO UN-AUTHORIZED WEAPONS ALLOWED" so I take that to mean I am good to go.
