It's a shame the reporting is so shallow on most incidents like this and the case last week of a dog triggering a shotgun into its owner's behind. What kind of guns were involved? If we were told some detail on how these things happened people might learn things which would prevent future accidents.

I am not sure that erratic behavior would be uncommon if you had just shot yourself in the penisthe man may have been under the influence of prescription drugs at the time of the incident, based partly on the way he was behaving.
